Nos conteneurs de 40 pieds ont une hauteur plus grande. Similaire en tous points à un conteneur de 40 pieds mais avec 30 cm de hauteur supplémentaire. Cela correspond à une hauteur de 2,89 m.
Conteneur HC 40 PIEDS en acier Corten, empilable sur plusieurs niveaux grâce à ses coins ISO. Conçu pour être robuste dans le temps, il est étanche et très résistant aux variations de température et à la corrosion.
Le plancher en contreplaqué marin résiste à l’humidité et aux insectes, grâce au film plastique collé à chaud sur les faces. Cette plateforme de 28 mm d’épaisseur peut supporter un poids de 30,480 kg. L’ossature du caisson lui-même, les parois latérales et le toit en tôle ondulée contribuent à la rigidité de l’ensemble.
Le chargement s’effectue par la porte à double battant, ouvrant à 270°. Cette porte est équipée de joints pour parfaire l’étanchéité à l’air et à l’eau. Les portes sont maintenues fermées par des crémones en acier galvanisé avec griffes en acier forgé en partie haute et basse. Les poignées basses facilitent l’ouverture du conteneur lorsqu’il est chargé sur une remorque.
Coins ISO 668
Ce conteneur 40 PIEDS HC est équipé de coins ISO permettant le gerbage sur plusieurs niveaux. Chaque coin du conteneur est équipé d’un cube en acier perforé. Les dimensions sont normalisées selon la norme ISO668. Ils sont utilisés pour la manutention, pour l’arrimage des conteneurs sur le pont des bateaux ou sur les wagons. Les verrous tournants (non fournis) s’y emboîtent pour sécuriser l’ensemble.

NEW 20 FEET STORAGE CONTAINER
Our storage containers meet storage needs on construction sites, in warehouses, in external depots, on agricultural land or at home. These are NEW storage containers, leaving the factory and not « 1st voyage » maritime containers that have already sailed.
Our 20-foot storage container has a frame made of 3mm thick steel profiles, fully welded. The walls and ceiling are made of 1.5mm thick rolled sheet metal and the floor is made of 25mm thick solid wood, treated against humidity. It is equipped with a protective flap for the padlock.
Handling is possible with slings or lifting hooks thanks to the 4 sockets on the roof, or via a forklift thanks to the passage of forks in the base. This forklift passage is located on the side, the center distance is 90cm.
